About the Job

As a Solution Consultant/Value Advisor at Taulia, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business transformation. Our Solution Consultants combine deep SAP expertise with remarkable consultative abilities to drive value for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to showcase how Taulia's solutions solve complex business challenges. In addition, this role is responsible for positioning of the value of the solution and services, the development of value justification and strategy, and providing working Capital advice to prospects.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in pre-sales with a consultative approach to enterprise software solutions
  • Deep SAP expertise, particularly in FI/CO/MM modules
  • Strong technical foundation in SAP integration and architecture
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial technology solutions, particularly:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    • Working Capital Management
    • Financial Operations
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to draw insights into value propositions and business case offerings

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop winning strategies and value propositions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solutions workshops.
  • Craft detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs that highlight our competitive advantages.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
  • Contribute thought leadership at industry events and customer conferences.
  • Support customer success through the sales cycle with technical expertise and domain knowledge.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance on industry and Working Capital market trends to prospects and advise Account Executive accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects, including financials, company information, strategies, and competitive landscape.
  • Articulate the value of Working Capital Solutions based on client insights, conducting presentations and discussions to understand goals and challenges.
  • Articulate the value of Taulia Program management services and supplier sales.
  • Manage the Spend file process from end to end, including spend file modeling, Jira utilization, supplier insights, and articulating the value of Working Capital Solutions in conjunction with Spend Analysis scenarios.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills while collaborating effectively with Sales, Account Management, Product, Distribution, and Marketing teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

  • 5+ years in enterprise software, with 3+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting, and experience in data analysis and Working Capital Program management.
  • Demonstrated SAP expertise (3-5 years functional and technical experience).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Exceptional presentation and client engagement track record.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication: written and pitching skills (Word, PPT).
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
