About the Team

Our cross-functional team is based in the US & Bulgaria and is responsible for major functional pieces of the Taulia platform, ranging from our e-invoicing infrastructure to external partner integrations. 
As the Taulia team is currently growing, it’s a great time to join and give your contribution. As our quality engineer, you would work with developers, designers, and product managers to test new product features, as well as help identify bugs, and improve the user’s experience. We are looking for a l33t QE to join us and begin cracking our code!
 

About the Job

We’re looking for an exceptional Quality Engineer to help us develop our industry-leading Supply Chain Finance software service. Candidates for this position would help drive customer confidence by assuring the quality of software products by engineering QA efficiencies in practice, through process, and with effective tools/techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Create, document, implement, and maintain automated tests for all our platform integrations.
  • Perform manual testing of new features, assure release quality, and design and implement test scripts and automation for automated regression testing.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team within an agile software development process.
  • Find out how to recreate defects and then guide them to their successful resolution.
  • Focus on product quality and customer satisfaction by improving our software and service through your work.
  • Communicate with your peers, drive your work, and contribute to the success of our team.
     

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • 4+ years’ experience writing code using Groovy, Grails and/or Java or other similar tools/frameworks and familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience with API testing using tools such as POSTMAN, PAW, or SOAP UI
  • Experience with continuous integration, specifically, automated testing and deployment of Groovy / Java / JavaScript-based applications.
  • Experience designing and executing test suites for the unit, integration, system, and acceptance level testing.
  • Passion for problem-solving and ability to communicate with the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to write robust, clean, maintainable testing code and deliver high-quality software products.

 
Nice to have:

  • You’ve used our testing tools: Groovy, Spring, Selenium, REST, JUnit, MySQL, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, and Confluence.
