By hiring women, people of color, individuals with disabilities, veterans, people of all sexual orientations and from underrepresented and marginalized communities, Taulia will revolutionize fintech.

About the Job

Let’s be completely transparent: this is not a traditional creative marketing role. We don't manage social media, design graphics, or write copy.

We are the systems engineers, data cleaners, and logic-builders behind the company’s customer communication and strategic partner onboarding engines. You will own the operational pipeline for our high-volume Tier-1 Strategic Partner Programs. Right now, parts of these enterprise pipelines rely on manual data synchronization across multiple environments (CRM, custom admin platforms).

We don't want someone to just run these steps blindly. We want a builder—someone who looks at repetitive manual tasks, finds them mundane, and uses their technical freedom to automate them out of existence.

About Taulia

Taulia is a fintech company that is part of the SAP group. More than 2 million businesses in over 150 countries collaborate on our network. Our customers include Airbus, AstraZeneca, and Nissan. We help them and their suppliers access cash when and where they need it most. Some of our customers have improved their working capital by more than $1 billion while making their supply chains more resilient and sustainable. For more information, please visit www.taulia.com. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Total compensation for this role includes a generous benefits program, RSU incentive plan and annual performance bonus. Additionally, compensation is reviewed annually and career pathing opportunities are available for continued development.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Logic Architecture: Build, configure, and tokenize automated email campaigns and workflows in Marketo and Salesforce with accuracy before deployment.

  • Pipeline Administration & Automation: Own the weekly data-exchange cadence with primary enterprise partners. Extract CRM data, map status updates into internal systems, and collaborate with FinOps to transition manual milestones into automated infrastructure.

  • Pragmatic Problem Solving: Act as the human fallback for exception handling, manually overriding or updating administrative platforms when automated partner webhooks fail, ensuring operations never stall.

  • Data Sanitization & Hygiene: Process and validate list uploads and partner data feeds. Apply logic-based formulas to ensure datasets are normalized and clear of non-comparable data points before database integration.

  • First-Line Technical: Act as a detective to reverse-engineer sync errors and logic failures. Isolate root causes across internal systems.

  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Execute rigorous pre-deployment QA testing across multiple environments (verifying tokens, field labels, workflow dependencies) and maintain clear, repeatable documentation of configurations and fixes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Systems-Oriented Curiosity: A demonstrated drive to reverse-engineer, deconstruct, and methodically troubleshoot technical challenges, focusing on understanding and optimizing the underlying logic of complex systems

  • Automation Hunger: An inherent discomfort with repetitive manual tasks and a drive to use logic, scripts, or platform tools to optimize workflows.

  • Operational Pragmatism: The communication skills needed to build collaborative relationships across internal teams to clear human roadblocks, combined with the willingness to roll up your sleeves for manual work when an automated solution doesn't yet exist.

  • Data Literacy & Advanced Excel: Comfort with logic-based Excel processing (XLOOKUP, nested conditionals, COUNTIF and data normalization techniques).

  • Systems & API Thinking: Deep care for the "why" behind a workflow. Ability to grasp database constraints, field mapping, system dependencies, webhooks, and data lineage.

  • Rigorous Attention to Detail: A disciplined approach to work that views unverified data or broken configurations as a critical risk.

  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills (Ideally C1).
