About the Job

We are seeking an Independent Contractor (minimum 6-month contract) to gain hands-on experience in the origination, structuring, and execution of working capital transactions across Southeast Asia. The contractor will support the end-to-end deal process, including getting a deal approved, negotiated, and closed.

*The role is open for both Thai and Singaporean candidates.

Responsibilities

• Researching and pitching for working capital opportunities in South East Asia
• Developing client-facing pitch materials, financial research, and financial analysis on prospects and existing clients
• Coordinating meeting follow-ups 
• Providing deal status updates and creating necessary documentation to obtain internal deal approvals
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (both with Taulia and SAP) to help support in facilitate smooth deal processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

• Current university student or recent graduate of a BS/MS/Ph.D. university program
• Strong language proficiency in English & Thai
• Understanding of financial statements and capital markets
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Organized with strong project management skills
• Self-starter, punctual, and a great multitasker
