About the Job

We're looking for a highly motivated and versatile IT Business Systems Analyst to join our growing IT team. This role will be critical in optimizing our internal business processes and supporting our HR systems. You'll be a key player in developing and administering our SAP SuccessFactors platform while also taking on broader IT responsibilities related to business process improvement, technology evaluation, and tool implementation and support.

Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Development & Administration (50%)

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, identity management).
  • Manage user provisioning, access controls, security settings, and compliance configurations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and provide support to end users.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and releases to recommend and implement new features or improvements.

Business Applications Evaluation & Support (50%)

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements through technology.
  • Lead the assessment and pilot testing of new tools and platforms to support functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success).
  • Conduct in-depth evaluation of existing business applications to identify consolidation, integration, or optimization opportunities.
  • Develop implementation plans, configure tools, and ensure smooth deployment of new systems.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for key business applications, working closely with vendors and internal users.
  • Document systems, configurations, workflows, and support materials to build scalable IT processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT role with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors administration and development.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and supporting multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of various IT tools and applications used in a corporate environment (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management, collaboration tools).
  • Experience with technology evaluation, including vendor assessment and pilot program management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Base salary for this position ranges from $120,000-$155,000.
