About the Job
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic role that will oversee the Talent Acquisition function across multiple regions (i.e. North America, EMEA & APAC) for Taulia and thus directly contribute to our higher performing global workforce . This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, improving recruitment strategies, and driving staffing initiatives. This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate will be a player/coach who provides leadership to the team while also owning strategic search efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive Taulia’s Global Talent Acquisition efforts to include the development of sourcing strategies for niche roles which lead to optimal candidate identification in an expedient timeframe. This role will also ensure a smooth facilitation of a uniform global candidate experience.
- Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition team members to include balanced distributions of roles amongst the team members in addition to coaching to foster their growth and development while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Serve as a player/coach that owns a requisition load of certain roles.
- Integrate with the business, collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, understand objectives, and determine creative hiring strategies for complex searches.
- Drive recruitment strategy through each stage of the funnel and evaluate areas for potential improvement or efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics skills to analyze recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
- Implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes based on data insights.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the recruitment process (i.e. further utilizing AI, introducing new sourcing tools and enhancing the interview process), to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of Talent Attraction best practices and implement innovative approaches.
- Foster strong internal partnerships with cross-functional department leaders to understand team dynamics and hiring requirements.
- Own employer branding efforts, collaborating with Taulia’s Marketing team to develop strategy and drive campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- Experience directly recruiting and management talent across North America, EMEA, and APAC, with a strong understanding of regional nuances in talent markets and employment laws.
- Demonstrable experience creating and executing processes and procedures (i.e. interview guidelines, sourcing methodologies).
- Proven planning and execution skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple high priorities.
- Proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Software, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Experience in change management, project management and strong presentation and communication skills are highly desirable.
