About the Job

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our AI innovation team. This role will excel at completing customer needs discovery to understand Treasury and Financial Operations teams current processes and challenges, identify how AI can be used to transform their business, and collaborate with internal technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends related to Treasury and the Office of the CFO,.

  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

  • Lead the discovery process to define product requirements, features, and functionalities, translating customer needs into clear and actionable product specifications.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and messaging, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, legal, engineering, design, and product marketing, to prioritize product initiatives, allocate resources, and drive product development efforts.

  • Work closely with internal technology teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical capabilities, advocating for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conducting regular analysis to evaluate product success and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

  • Serve as a product evangelist, representing the product internally and externally, educating stakeholders, customers, and prospects on product features, benefits, and value proposition.

  • Boldly drive the exploration of cutting-edge applications and use cases for Generative AI within our domain.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Deep experience in corporate Finance and Treasury processes and/or experience with financial technology (FinTech) products.

  • Experience working with the applications of AI at a Fintech.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and techniques.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in product management or related field.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and market research tools.
