About the Job

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Enablement Lead to join our IT Department. This critical role will be instrumental in empowering our employees and teams to effectively integrate Artificial Intelligence into their daily work processes and workflows. The AI Enablement Lead will serve as the primary technical expert and evangelist for AI adoption, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical business applications.

Responsibilities

  • AI Tool Implementation & Support
    • Facilitating the successful implementation and adoption of approved AI tools within daily work processes and workflows (e.g., integrating an AI-powered document analysis tool to automate contract review in legal, or a generative AI assistant for content creation in marketing).
    • Acting as a Tier 3 support for complex AI-related questions and technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolving advanced challenges.
  • Platform Expertise & Research
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all approved AI tools and platforms, specifically those relevant to Taulia and SAP environments.
    • Conducting ongoing research into new and emerging AI technologies and tools, assessing their potential value and compatibility for organizational use.
  • Requirements Gathering & Workflow Design
    • Collaborating proactively with various teams and departments to identify opportunities for AI integration.
    • Gathering detailed requirements for embedding AI into existing or new business processes and workflows.
    • Partnering with teams to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered processes and workflows.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Serving as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for all AI-related inquiries and initiatives within the organization.
    • Championing the strategic adoption of AI and fostering an AI-first mindset across the company.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting
    • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI tool adoption, usage, and impact.
    • Developing and presenting reports on the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
    • Utilizing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI platform performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT, software development, data science, or a similar role, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies. This experience can be demonstrated through a combination of formal education, relevant certifications, professional work, or significant personal projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, particularly those relevant to enterprise systems like Taulia and SAP.
  • Experience in project management or leading technical initiatives is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications, with expertise in effective prompting and interaction with AI models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
