About the Job

We are looking for a proactive Event Coordinator to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness through the execution of our global webinar program and in-person event portfolio. In this role, you will act as the primary lead for a diverse range of activations - from the end-to-end management of our webinar program to the execution of third-party trade shows, executive roundtables, and VIP engagements. You will also take independent ownership of critical components within major conferences e.g. SAP Sapphire.

Location: East Coast or Midwest to maximize timezone overlap between Europe- and US-based teammates.

Compensation & Pay Transparency: SAP Taulia believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest, supportive culture and is a vital part of our commitment to equity. The estimated annualized base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 USD.

This range represents a good-faith estimate of the base salary at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s specific skills, depth of experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

Webinar Program Management

  • End-to-End Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact for the entire webinar lifecycle—from ideation and scheduling to speaker recruitment and cross-functional coordination with Product and Customer Marketing.
  • Production & Execution: Act as the producer for proprietary broadcasts and the primary point of contact for third-party hosted webinars, ensuring seamless technical execution and brand consistency.
  • Performance Reporting: Coordinate pre-webinar promotion to ensure webinars drive engagement and meet defined attendance targets. Deliver post-webinar performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Event Operations & Logistics

  • In-Person Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution for in person events e.g. trade shows, partner co-hosted events, and executive engagements, handling everything from booth assets and vendor coordination to white-glove logistics.
  • Sub-Project Delivery: Take independent ownership of assigned components within major conferences, such as registration workflows, lead retrieval, and booth logistics to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to existing event workflows and documentation to increase overall team efficiency.

Stakeholder Alignment & ROI

  • Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate between SAP Taulia, SAP global teams, and external vendors to ensure crystal clear communication, seamless project alignment, and brand consistency.
  • Budget & ROI Analysis: Track event expenditures against assigned budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and deliver post-event ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of event investments.
  • Data & Attribution: Ensure all event data is accurately captured and synced with Salesforce/Marketo within established SLA timelines to guarantee proper lead attribution and enable sales follow-up.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Experience: 3–5 years of B2B event marketing experience.

  • Webinar Production & In-Person Event Execution: Proven track record of executing event logistics for various types of events, as well as managing end-to-end webinar production.

  • Technical Competence: Strong competence with various event tools and procedures; experience with webinar platforms (e.g. ON24, Zoom), marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently on assigned sub-projects and meet milestones within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a bonus.

  • Communication: Collaborative, proactive communication style; ability to build strong relationships across internal functions (Sales, Product Marketing) including C-levels, and communicate clearly and professionally with external vendors and partners.

  • The SAP Ecosystem: Experience or familiarity with the SAP ecosystem or supporting large-scale SAP-hosted events is a plus but not required.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20-30% for on-site event execution.
