About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Success Intern to support a strategic initiative for one of our largest global customers.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success while contributing to a high-impact project critical to both the customer’s success and Taulia’s long-term partnership.
In this role, you will assist with project coordination and execution, including conducting data analysis, participating in customer meetings, capturing and tracking action items, preparing documentation, and supporting internal alignment across multiple teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Taulia’s Professional Services, Distribution, Financial Operations, Account Management, and Product teams to help ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise customer success practices and deepen your understanding of how strategic relationships are nurtured, expanded, and sustained.
Internship Details
- Start Date: 1 July 2025
- End Date: 1 October 2025
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Monday-Friday: 37.5 hours per week
- Compensation: 15 GBP per hour (set rate)
- Location: London - Hybrid (expected 3 days in the office)
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- Current university student or recent graduate of a BS/MS/Ph.D university programme
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Organized with strong project management skills
- Self-starter, punctual, and great multi-tasker
