About the Job

For our Amsterdam office, we are seeking a native or business-level German speaker. This individual will be an entry-level Inside Sales Account Executive responsible for driving and closing new business within our Mid-Market segment. Sales activities are conducted exclusively via phone and video calls.

The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, eager to learn, and able to demonstrate success in current and past endeavors. The role is focused purely on new business and is well suited for individuals who are sales-hungry and can apply their strong sales skills to achieve effective and successful outcomes.

The right individual will be an essential part of Taulia’s salesforce and must be able to work creatively in a rapidly growing start-up environment. They will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Sales.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the Amsterdam office a couple of days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover for onboarding.
  • Effectively presenting benefits to potential clients through direct communication over the phone and in email.
  • Creating and being accountable for all client proposals, agreements and any further documentation, following Taulia procedure.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of clients’ financial objectives including their Return on Investment (ROI) objectives.
  • Ensuring Taulia remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
  • Effectively interacting with other departments including the marketing department and buyer success teams when handing over deals ensuring you fully and correctly brief all team members in every aspects of the sale.
  • Staying up-to-date on the state of business finance.

  • Fluent German speaking & writing.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

SAP Taulia believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest, supportive culture and is a vital part of our commitment to equity. The estimated annualized base salary range for this position is€35,000 — €45,000.

 

This range represents a good faith estimate of the base salary at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s specific skills, depth of experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
